The upper floor ready for the slab pour on Monday. This will be the last hydronic layout Ralph Kinnis will have to do. Now we have to wait for the working system to feel how the amazing the performance will be.
Insulspan panels easily installed on the main floor. The deck and floor package has been attached and is ready for the slab pour.

Insulspan SIP panels are easy to install. Caulking and place each panel from one corner, working around the building perimeter. Each floor takes a day to place and secure. Wall insulation is in each panel, which will reduce labour costs on insulating the walls later.
Insulspan SIP panels ready for top plate install, then securing to the bottom plates.
Simon Babin enjoying the view through the living room window opening. All in a day’s work. Merci beaucoup Simon.
